MapleSprite is a creator tool for turning fashion references into MapleStory Worlds-ready PSD assets. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as email address, login provider, locale, and authentication metadata needed to keep your account secure.
When you use the product, we may process uploaded references, generated previews, PSD outputs, order records, credit balances, and support messages.
Payments are processed by Stripe. MapleSprite does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use this information to provide PSD generation, deliver files, manage credits, prevent abuse, process payments, and answer support requests.
We may use aggregated, non-identifying product metrics to improve reliability and creator workflows.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, order, and credit records as long as needed for service, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
You can request account or file deletion by emailing support. Some billing records may need to be retained where required by law.
